Amber Caffè – A brand of Andes Trading Co. S.A.S.
1. General
These Terms and Conditions apply to all transactions conducted by Andes Trading Co. S.A.S., operating under the commercial brand name “Amber Caffè

2. Minimum Order Quantity
Minimum order quantity is 20 kg per coffee profile.
A Discovery Package (27 kg mixed profiles) is available for first-time wholesale buyers.

3. Pricing
All prices are quoted FOB Colombia unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Prices exclude:
• International freight
• Insurance
• Import duties
• Customs clearance fees
• Local taxes in destination country

4. Payment Terms
Payment structure is based on total order volume:
• Up to 500 kg:
100% advance payment at order confirmation.
• 500 kg – 2 metric tons:
80% advance payment, 20% prior to shipment.
• 2 – 5 metric tons:
70% advance payment, 30% prior to shipment.
• 5 – 10 metric tons:
50% advance payment, 50% prior to shipment.
• Above 10 metric tons:
Payment via confirmed, irrevocable Letter of Credit (L/C) issued by a recognized international bank.
The L/C must be confirmed and payable prior to shipment.
All bank charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
Production begins only after receipt of the required advance payment or confirmed L/C.

5. Shipping & Risk Transfer
Under FOB terms:
• Risk transfers to the buyer once goods are loaded onto the vessel at the designated Colombian port.
• Buyer is responsible for freight, insurance, customs clearance, import duties, and local regulations.

6. Lead Time
Production lead time varies depending on order volume and will be confirmed at order acceptance.

7. Returns & Claims
Due to the nature of international wholesale coffee exports:
• No returns are accepted.
• Claims must be submitted in writing within 5 days of receiving goods.
• Andes Trading Co. S.A.S., operating under the brand name “Amber Caffè”, is not liable for damage occurring after FOB transfer.

8. Force Majeure
Andes Trading Co. S.A.S. shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform caused by events beyond its reasonable control…

9. Governing Law
All disputes shall be governed by the laws of Colombia.
Jurisdiction shall be Medellín, Colombia.
